

​Hi, I’m MJ — certified personal trainer, aerial yoga and aerial Pilates instructor, nutrition and mindset coach, and passionate advocate for movement in all forms. I'm also the founder of Mindset Journey Fitness, a space where strength, expression, and healing come together.
MJ Fitness was born from my own wellness journey. I went from living a mostly sedentary life to building a career rooted in movement and vitality. Weightlifting and active hobbies didn’t just improve my physical health — they transformed my mental health and quality of life. Now, I help others do the same.
I first found solace in movement through dance, aerial silks, and Pilates. From there, I discovered the empowering world of weightlifting, lyra, parkour, animal flow, and jiu-jitsu. Exploring these diverse modalities helped me reconnect to my body and rebuild a stronger, more resilient self.
My transformation didn’t happen overnight. It started with one small step — one class, one new skill — and grew into a lifelong passion. Now, I’ve built a career sharing these tools with others and guiding them to find their own flow.
Trying something new can be intimidating — and that fear often holds people back, keeping them distant from their goals. That’s why I’m committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone can feel safe, supported, and celebrated as they grow.
Through my programs, I help people reclaim their power, reconnect to their bodies, and replace harmful coping mechanisms with empowering, sustainable movement practices. Together, we build lifestyles rooted in strength, expression, and longevity.
